Tracey Hawkins

Tracey Hawkins SPHR - Managing Director, Lead Dog Recruiting

Tracey started her own recruiting company, Lead Dog Recruiting, in July 2020. It is a veteran and woman owned business that grows mainly from repeat and referral business. Her 15 years of recruiting experience has focused on Fortune 500 companies such as BASF, MGM Grand and corporate McDonalds. Tracey brings a background supporting recruiting efforts for engineering giants like FMC, SPX Flow and Parker Hannifin. Tracey Hawkins began her career as an Air Force personnel officer for 8 years before becoming a human resources generalist/manager. She then joined a retained search firm, where she specialized in manufacturing related vacancies.

Tracey holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Webster University. She gained her SPHR certification in 2001.
